This keyboard is great. It feels great, the keys feel great and the spacing of the keys are great.
It’s also works great if you have a Mac. There are two small changes that you’ll need to make though (by swapping the Windows key with the alt key on the left).
1) Goto System Preferences -> Keyboards -> Modifier Keys and switch the layout to the image attached.
The other thing you may want to do is pop out the Windows and ALT keys on the left, and swap the physical keys around. The easiest way to pop out the keys is to just use a credit card under the keys and fling up.
You’ll just have to remember that the Window Key is the Command Key, but positionally, it’s the same as the original Mac keyboard.
After these two changes (takes 3 minutes to do them), you have a pretty functional Mac keyboard. The keyboard also has separate volume up and volume down keys that work with native built-in OS X audio controls.
I find this solution much better than using the Macally keyboards.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of [Product Name] from Amazon. Upon receiving the item, I discovered that it was defective and did not function as advertised. Naturally, I attempted to initiate a replacement through Amazon’s return process. However, after filling out the replacement form, I was met with a message stating, “We cannot offer a replacement at this moment.”
This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient. I expected better quality control from a reputable platform like Amazon. Additionally, the lack of support for replacing a defective item has left me feeling dissatisfied and wary of making future purchases.
I hope Amazon will address these issues and improve their customer service and product quality assurance processes to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

I purchased the Amazon Basics Keyboard and Mouse hoping for a reliable, cost-effective solution for my home office, but I couldn’t be more disappointed.
Product Quality:
The keyboard and mouse feel incredibly cheap and flimsy. The keys on the keyboard are mushy, and the mouse buttons are unresponsive at times. The build quality is subpar, making it feel like it’s going to fall apart with regular use.
Functionality:
Right from the start, I encountered issues. The keyboard would occasionally miss keystrokes or register double presses, making typing a frustrating experience. The mouse, on the other hand, would sometimes stop responding altogether, requiring me to unplug and plug it back in to get it working again.
Customer Support:
What made this purchase even worse was the complete lack of support. When I reached out to Amazon’s customer service for help, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. They were unable to provide a solution or offer a replacement. It’s clear that Amazon does not stand behind their Amazon Basics products with any meaningful customer service.
Overall Experience:
In summary, this Amazon Basics Keyboard and Mouse set is a total waste of money. The poor quality and lack of support make it a regrettable purchase. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a better, more reliable brand. I expected more from Amazon, and this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Very good product from Amazon Basic. Easy to use with laptop and tablet. Comfortable feels good on fingures and good looking.

Seems like a good product for the price range
– the keys are comfortable
– mouse is responsive
– keyboard is not responsive sometimes, if it is tilted at an angle away from the receiver and at a distance of 5-feet
– The print on the keys seems of cheap quality
But for the price, overall seems like a good product.

I ended up buying the pack of 10 because it was cheaper to buy that much seeing as how much we need. These were super easy to set up. All I needed to do was plug them in and they started working right away with Windows. The keyboard was a little larger then I was expecting but that was my fault for not looking at the dimensions.

Bought to use in a computer lab, love the fact that it has no bottom fold out legs, the students tend to break those off a lot.
I would give it more for value, but it seems light and I’m thinking it will get broken easily with the students.

I found the perfect solution to pair the Keyboard and Mouse with 1 or more devices.
I hate the manufacturer for not providing the proper instructions to pair both Keyboard (KB) and the Mouse.
Steps to be followed for pairing with your PC:
KB Pairing:
Just turn on the Power button and then long press Function (Fn) key + Numeric 1 (or 2 or 3)
(Note: if you want to pair with multiple devices then press Number 1 if you want to connect with 1st device.
2 if you want to pair with the 2nd device.
3 is to pair with the 3rd device.)
After few seconds you can see ABIKM05 3.0 KB and ABIKM05 5.0 under Bluetooth list in your PC.
You can connect either of one and then you’re good to go.
Mouse Pairing:
Bottom of the mouse you’ll find 2 keys:
The center key is to Turn on or off and switch between 2.4G or Bluetooth (BT).
Once you set the key to BT you need to press a small button (key) which can be seen in my 3rd picture or above the model number printed on the label. Once you do this it appear under Bluetooth list in your PC.
Hope this may help for most of the users to pair them without any issues.

Looks like the keyboard is sturdy and the mouse is ok.

I got a case of them fo rage gaming etc. They work GREAT The box I got was damaged and there was a few mark’s on a few boards. But they worked great. So got them for half price took them in to my buddy at a computer store and showed him the bill I got. He almost S_ _ _ he said he could not even get the board for that price even if he bought a 100+. LOL TY AMAZON keep up the good work.

Writing this review after 2 months of usage. Keyboard & Mouse are both different from the usual devices found around.
Keyboard: Nice & responsive round keys, build is solid feels nice, good battery (chargeable with c type), slot to hold small tablet or phone, can connect to multiple devices 3 BT & 1 Wireless. However, keypad arrangement is different from normal keyboard due to its size hence need adjustment to typing. Coming from windows certain keys are missing like prntscr. All Fn keys need additional fn lock which can be quite challenging. However there is a lock key provided. Connecting to additional devices can be little challenging to begin with as the instructions are not so clear, had to search over net.
Mouse: Its odd shaped, long & short height. Rechargeable, needs to be recharged every weel. Scroll wheel has groves, using it feels like your finger is undergoing acupressure which is uncomfortable for prolonged use. Finger starts hurting. Also Middle button is very difficult due to press. For me it stopped working after some time. There is a DPI adjustment button also but I found mouse starts acting bit weird after I press it. Gliding mouse is also not so smooth, there is a rest button below which you can feel while moving. Overall mouse is the weakest of the two devices.
