The cord has no data transfer issues over length. Speed remains unaffected.
The nylon braid ensures the cable stays in tact not matter the craziness you put it through. This cord will not break it’s more likely if you trip on it you’ll break whatever it’s connected to than the cable that’s how quality it is.
Seriously I’ve only ever had a problem with 1 Amazon basics item it was not this.

I first purchased this cable over a year ago as I was looking for something to run over slightly longer runs from the router to my PC.
I found this cable to be of excellent quality and had absolutely zero issues with it, some Cat 7 cables can cause problems as many don’t use the same industrial standard as the rest such as Cat 5, Cat 6 and Cat 8.
I’ve just purchased a second cable due to going from Fibre to Full Fibre, for those that aren’t aware with Full Fibre the Openreach box connects directly to the router via Ethernet cable and not the old 2 core copper phone cable. For Full Fibre you will also need a minimum Cat 5e cable, so this being Cat 7 is perfect.
The cable itself looks nice, black and white braided so looks the part especially if any of it is visible, as mine is running between the ONT Openreach box and the router. I purchased the 7.6m lengths and run both of these with absolutely no performance drop at all, the router to the PC is only 2 metres but I got this for if I move my desk in the future so the excess is curled up under my desk.
I can highly recommend this cable, although apart from the 7.6m the other versions come in white but that doesn’t alter the quality.
